Normative regulation of the interaction between the family and the institutions in the system of preschool and school education in the Bulgarian legislation

Abstract

A basic prerequisite for the successful implementation of the educational goal of modern society – the formation of a complete, harmonious and autonomous personality, is the effective interaction between the two main educational factors – the family and the school. The purpose of this publication is to analyze and highlight trends in the regulation of this interaction at the national, regional and institutional level in the main normative documents in the Bulgarian legislation – laws, regulations, rules, strategies, algorithms, plans, etc. A good knowledge of the normative framework by the management of the institutions, pedagogical specialists, parents and other persons involved in the relationship is considered an important prerequisite for its correct application, which will be beneficial especially for children and students as a common subject of the interaction.
