Образованието, учениците и учителите на 21. век

Абстракт

Студията разглежда основни предизвикателства пред учителите на 21. век, свързани с промените в образованието и характеристиките на учениците на 21. век. Обект на анализ са промените в България и българското образование в началото на 21. век; световни промени и тенденции от какъв нов тип знания, умения и компетентности се нуждаят учениците-граждани на 21. век; образователни реформи и движения за реформиране на образованието, с акцент върху два модела, придобили международна популярност - Моделът на Ан Шоу „Трите компаса на образованието на 21. век“ и модела на американската организация (мрежа) „Партньорство за учене през 21. век“, познат като „Рамка на П21 за ученето през 21. век“. Обобщени са възможни решения за трансформация на подготовката на учителите в отговор на предизвикателствата в образованието на 21. век.
