Process of teaching and learning at the university

Abstract

Different students (bachelors, masters, post-graduate students) has been taught at the university. All they are adult learners, because they are of age. So, the process of their teaching and learning is an andragogical process. Paper presents specificity of this process with it’s variety of approaches, forms, methods, tools. Roles of students and teachers are discussed, as well as organization and carrying out of the main study forms -lectures, seminars, tutorials, laboratorial and practical sessions. Conditions for effectiveness of the teaching and learning process are outlined.
