On issues concerning the non traumatic as an factual aspect of the accident at work
Keywords:
non traumatic injury, an accident at work, disease, connection between the injury and the workAbstract
The non-traumatic injury is examined as a particular case of work accident. It is a disease – a deviation from normal health conditions, which is not caused by trauma but is related to extreme work conditions. The study proves that a non-traumatic injury could be qualified as a work accident, in case there is a functional connection with the work conditions. The specifics of the non-traumatic injury as well as the complicated administrative and judiciary practice of qualifying it as a work accident and determining its relation to the work conditions, justifies a necessity for improvement of the legislation.
