Aspects of the employer’s liability as per art. 200 of the Labor code in the current case law

Abstract

The paper examines the practical problems arising from the implementation of the regulation of the financial liability of the employer in case of an accident at work or an occupational disease. The study concludes that the Labor Law and Social Security regulations are contradictory and imperfect, making enforcement difficult. The presented conclusions from the analysis of jurisprudence provide guidelines for changes in legislation and are of practical importance.
