For some defects in court decisions, relevant to the invalidity

The study analyzes the specific defects in the judgment given in the light of the concept of its invalidity. The case-law has been critically examined and arguments have been put forward for the need to reconsider it. The purpose of the essay is to provoke the legal theory in order to achieve a unified understanding of the invalidity of the court acts, by building a complete and homogeneous structure of the defects that determine it.
