Abstract

The Concept of communication to the public in copyright by Rosen Karadimov is a paper that attempts to clarify the characteristics and content of one of the debatable concepts in copyright. The legal framework in international treaties, EU Law and the Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights have been studied. The author has made a detailed analysis of the content of the communication to the public right in accordance with the case-law of the European Court of Justice on references for a preliminary ruling.
