Продължителният седеж при ежедневните дейности в училище – предпоставка за развитие на патологии на гръбначния стълб

Абстракт

Въпросът за продължителното седене при ежедневните дейности и неговата връзка с болката и патологиите на гръбначния стълб е много актуален, особено за юношите и подрастващите. Целта на настоящото изследване е кинезиологичен анализ на моделите на постурален контрол при заеманите позиции в училище по време на учебните занятия. Проучването се основава на анкета и наблюдение (скрининг) сред 238 юноши между 16- и 18-годишна възраст. Резултатите насочват към идеята, че някакъв дял от гръбначните изкривявания може да е провокиран от продължителното заемане на неправилни позиции при седеж. От друга страна, засягат т.нар. схема на тялото в контекста на продължително обездвижване. Настоящото изследване дава представа за размерите на проблема на неправилната стойка при седеж в контекста на образователната система и допринася за разширяването на разбирането за „правилната позиция“, ергономията на оборудването и проблемите, свързани с кинезиологията на гръбначния стълб при ежедневните дейности.
