Студията проследява концептуалните измерения на развитието на умения за управление на кариерата като подходящо решение за оказване на социална подкрепа за повишаване активността и включването на пазара на труда. Безработните лица имат нужда да развият широк кръг компетентности, за да се задържат дългосрочно и устойчиво със статус заети.
