Съдържателни и концептуални измерения на уменията за управление на кариерата в контекста на социалната подкрепа на уязвими групи лица на пазара на труда

Абстракт

Студията проследява концептуалните измерения на развитието на умения за управление на кариерата като подходящо решение за оказване на социална подкрепа за повишаване активността и включването на пазара на труда. Безработните лица имат нужда да развият широк кръг компетентности, за да се задържат дългосрочно и устойчиво със статус заети.
