Content and conceptual dimensions of career management skills in the context of social support of vulnerable groups in the labor market

Abstract

The paper study follows conceptual dimension to development of career management skills as an appropriate solution to provide social support to increase activity and labor market inclusion. Unemployed persons need to develop a wide range of competences to retain long-term and sustainable status as employees.
