The text presents a structured and piloted, conceptual model for vocational guidance and counseling of children and youth with specific needs, which includes in a synergistic relationship approaches, methods, forms and subjects in the following equation: synergistic application level + synergistic scientific level + synergistic methodology methodical level = synergistically personal level with increased effect. Presented is a representative empirical research aimed to identify both the professionalism in the field of working with children and young people with specific needs (used approaches, methods for diagnosis and development of personal life potential of children and young people with whom they work) and specialists opinion for the integration. vocational guidance and counseling system and professional realization of young people with specific needs.
