Abstract

Development o f social work in recent decades sets a number of challenges for managers and governors o f social work system. More often society and different groups look upon the work o f social workers, therapists, rehabilitators, and other specialists who provide social services or social support. The question for job satisfaction in organizations for social work stays in front o f both practitioners and researchers. The articles presents results o f empirical research o f job satisfaction in organizations for social work and tries to outline some recommendations and guidelines for attracting and attaching specialists in social work field.
