Significance and transformation of status-role profile of the beneficiary of social projects

Abstract

This paper presents the results of empirical research conducted in August-
November 2015. The aim of the study was to verify the validity of the following research hypothesis: “It is assumed that the characteristics, importance and dynamics/transformation of the status-role profile of the beneficiary in social projects is not leading component in the
evaluation of the project concept, design and implementation and rarely its importance is set as a primary factor in the project framework (LOGFRAME) and project documentation.” To confirm or refute the hypothesis was made two-meaningful analysis of project documentation. In the first stage the objects of analysis were 15 donor programs and related project documentation (calls for proposals, the philosophy of the program, application forms, manuals, ratings, etc.). In the second stage were analyzed project documents completed 70 social projects (annual reports, media reports, assessments, etc.). Analyzed were total of 435 documents.
