Formation of emotional intelligence on people with mental disorders by work group

This paper highlights and draws attention to the issue, examining the potential application possibilities of group work with people with mental disorders and those with mild and moderate intellectual impairment. Group work is aimed at providing social support to the understanding of support and assistance in overcoming the physical, emotional and psychosocial problems caused by the onset of mental illness, build trust and close social contacts and relationships, creating a conducive social environment in which to satisfy the needs of people and of interpersonal interaction. So, group’s dynamics and relationships reduce the worried, stimulate intellectual activity and in this way develop the cognitive parts of emotional intelligence.
