Престъплението геноцид в международното наказателно право
разграничение от етническото прочистване, престъпления против човечеството и международни военни престъпления

Анализът изяснява природата на геноцида като международно престъпление на основата на изградената след Втората световна война практика на международните военни и наказателни трибунали и на Международния наказателен съд, както и достиженията на европейската правна и световната историческа наука. Той търси да допринесе към международния професионален дебат, като съдейства за разрешения на редица дискусионни въпроси – относно съставомерните признаци на престъплението и разграничението му от сходни явления – прилагайки правноаналитичните стандарти на българската наказателноправна система, които имат предимството да внасят терминологична и концептуална яснота в области на недостиг на международно общоприет понятиен стандарт и да предоставят валидни критерии за разграничения на сходни правни явления.
