Модел за използване на хипноза при регулиране на адаптацията към „безтегловност“

Изведен е модел, фокусиран върху възможностите за прилагането на хипнозата като начин за скъсяване на периода на адаптация към промяна във физическата среда и/или свързаните с това преживявания или страхове, които определяме като „състояние на безтегловност“ - реална или като възприемано усещане. Схематично е представена обща рамка, която да може да бъде персонализирана в зависимост от индивидуалните особености и ситуацията, чиято обща насоченост е да „овластява“ преминалите програмата и да им осигури инструмент за вътрешен контрол и себерегулиране на възприятията, преживяванията и поведението. Възможни целеви групи, на които сме се спрели, са лица с фобия от летене, както и летци и астронавти поради спецификата на адаптация в професионална среда.
